Saunathe word sauna is Finnish and means ‘hole in the earth’ or ‘hole in the snow’. In past centuries, many of these holes in the earth existed alongside the legendary sauna log cabins in Finland. The sauna we know today developed from this humble origin.

Infrared cabindirectly absorb the soothing warmth from the IR-emitter or the walls heated by IR-foils in the infrared cabin. The bathing temperature in an infrared cabin is usually at 40-45 degrees centigrade.
- Steam bathsteam is a universal power. Steam drives locomotives, irons suits, and grants coffee its delicious foamy top. With all these modern applications it is easy to overlook a far older use of steam: to instil well-being. Experience this purifying and soothing effect in our two steam baths – feel the pleasant warmth course through your body surrounded by wafting clouds of steam.
Brine steam bathbrine is used at many spa resorts as a natural remedy at various concentrations – depending on whether it is being used for baths, inhalations or drinking.

Soft-pack day bedsenjoy a state of levitation and indulge in relaxation at approximately 38 degrees centigrade. Spa baths and pack treatments on a soft-pack day bed are extremely relaxing. Without any sound the day bed lowers, plunging the guest into warm, soothing weightlessness. Very slowly the warmth caresses your body.
Rasul-baththe Rasul-bath was originally invented in Egypt and is a variation on the steam-bath. During the course of a Rasul-bath the guest enjoys a treatment with healing earth, with different areas of the body getting covered in various healing muds. After that, the muds are gently massaged into the skin in a small, round room with soothing herbal steams. The mud works like an exfoliant. Several spells of herbal steam are produced in the Rasul, heating the room to approximately 40 degrees. The treatment culminates in a shower and subsequent resting period. The Rasul-bath encourages the circulation of blood to the skin, purifies the tissue and supports the metabolism.
