11.00 am – 12.30 pm: Introduction to Qigong. Exercises to reduce tensions and to strengthen the body and the mind.
06.30 – 07.00 pm: Meditation and mental relaxation techniques

07.30 – 09.00 am: Shaolin Qigong with meditation
06.00 – 07.00 pm: Meditation
09.30 – 10.30 pm: Sound bath with deep relaxation

07.30 – 09.00 am: Shaolin Qigong with meditation
05.00 – 06.30 am: Fit for everyday life. Compress and strengthen what you have learned
