04.00 – 05.30 pm: Seminar lesson 1 – Mindfulness in a busy world!
Mindfulness in everyday life: Psychological connections, basics of brain research, self-efficacy. Theory & practical exercises for the body, mind and soul.
09.30 – 10.15 pm: Influence brain waves and activity: Regeneration in the alpha state through evening meditation lying down

Tuesday, 05.05.2020
07.00 – 09.15 am: Dynamic morning meditation, mindful yoga, sitting in silence
04.00 – 04.30 pm: Exercises in nature, in the fresh air
04.30 – 05.30 pm: Seminar lesson 2 – Mindfulness in a busy world!
Mindfulness in practice: Recognize, understand and solve mentally and emotionally harmful patterns
09.45 – 10.15 pm: Regenerative guided evening meditation for a peaceful sleep
