Fitness in the Juffing weekly programme
At the Juffing Hotel & Spa you can participate in free group courses as well as muscle-building sports activities in the course of our Reflect & Restart programme. You choose between exercises such as gymnastics, tums/bums/thighs, circuit training, stretching, deep work, Pilates, back gymnastics, fascia training or activities in the pool such as Acqua Gym. Also guided hikes, Nordic Walking and Smovey courses will support you in getting fit.
Our diverse offers on breathing and meditation are very popular. Qi Gong, Tai Qi, Yoga or Nirvana Fitness are often booked to increase physical and mental fitness.
