A reduced architectural language in the spa focusing on maximal relaxation
Natural local materials and harmonious rooms are the blocks of our health promoting spa architecture. The spa area at the Juffing in Thiersee presents itself with curved forms and subtle colours.
Out of the desire to have an unobstructed view to the Kaisergebirge, the "Juffing U" came into being. With this U, a romantic magic garden is enclosed on three sides and forms a closed unit. So it can protect you and all people who search for recreation in our spa hotel in Thiersee. The layout enables a terrace which is protected against the wind and against looks without obstructing the view of the surrounding mountains and the landscape in your spa holidays. The U-shape makes it possible to divide the new building into different zones. This means that there are acoustic advantages and moreover the areas of sauna and therapy are separated from each other. These two parts of the building are connected by an impressive steam bath which exudes light through narrow windows.

"Adults only (from 18). For fine spirits: A beautiful family-run hotel, situated at 856 metres above sea level in an idyllic little village, with direct access to 100 km of cross-country ski trails in winter. It is characterised by its special atmosphere, which is filled with the joyful concept of balancing body, mind and soul. There is also a clear focus on literature, without overemphasising intellectualism; there are three well-stocked libraries and regular author readings. [...] The spa is also open to day guests, it is predominantly in light grey marble and has five saunas, including a panoramic outdoor sauna with plunge pool and beautiful retreats, as well as a 12 m long outdoor pool with sunbathing area and daybeds, which can also be used in winter. [...] Excellent massages, daily activity programme, including yoga (three sessions per day), tai chi, qi gong, fascia training and guided hikes."
In addition, there are special fascias therapies, treatments according to Dorn-Breuss or thai yoga massages. Our concept is completed with a health oriented exercise, meditation and yoga programme in and with nature.
