Sometimes plans change. Here you will find all the information you need on how to cancel a booking or – provided there is a statutory right of withdrawal for the purchase in question – how to withdraw from a contract (Consumers may generally withdraw from purchase contracts concluded online within 14 days. A new requirement is the obligation to provide a simple online withdrawal process)

Cancelling travel insurance

If you took out travel insurance as part of your booking, this constitutes a contract with the relevant insurance provider. You can obtain information about any right of cancellation and the applicable conditions directly from the insurance provider via this link

Cancellation of travel insurance

Cancellation of Wellness & Treatments

You may cancel or change booked wellness and treatment appointments free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment.

Please contact our team directly to do so. In the event of later cancellations or no-shows, the cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking apply.

Cancellation of hotel stay

There is no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for bookings of accommodation services for a specifically agreed travel period. For changes to or cancellation of your stay, the cancellation terms and conditions of the Juffing Hotel & Spa agreed at the time of booking apply.

If your travel plans change, please contact us as early as possible. We’ll be happy to assist you personally.
