Our Reflect & Restart programme adds proactive elements from the areas of exercise, sports and mental fitness to our comprehensive spa offer. The programme includes the conveyance of a healthy lifestyle. In times when the winner is not decided by physical strength, mental powers, in addition to physical fitness, are your main resources. With your thoughts you can "move mountains". This is exactly why we will show you ways and tips in your holidays how you can find a positive mindset with meditation, awareness exercises and yoga.

Seven days for your well-being at the Juffing Hotel & Spa

Take some precious time out in your holiday at the Juffing Hotel & Spa for your physical and mental health balance. In our balanced Reflect & Restart programme with a limited number of participants you will receive individual tips and recommendations by our experts for balance that inspires.

Even beginners don't need to be shy and can easily participate in a casual setting. Advanced participants will be addressed and supported in small groups and with individual assistance.

The duration of the courses varies between 30 and 90 minutes per lesson.
Please bring comfortable training clothes, indoor shoes and outdoor clothing according to the season.

The Reflect & Restart programme is planned 14 days in advance and can be viewed online by the hotel guests.

The personal contact to our guests is important to us. Often questions arise already before booking which we will be happy to answer. Also at the hotel there are matters that do not want to be discussed at the hotel reception. This is why we offer you a confidential counselling with our spa host Daniela Brugger.

Our spa host Daniela Brugger will offer counselling during her hours on Tuesday and Friday and will be open for all your questions and desires.

No matter whether you have questions about the spa, our kitchen, about exercise, sleep or treatments. She is the one who will fulfill wishes and make you happy because she possesses profound expert knowledge on the topics well-being and health. Together with Mrs. Brugger you will find a programme that is suitable for you and she will devise an individual programme tailored to your needs. 

Daniela knows the best running trails and bike tours. She loves snow-shoe hiking and will consult with our vitality trainer about your sports programme at the gym. The suitable treatments will be adjusted to building blocks from the Reflect & Restart programme.
