At Juffing, only Austrian wines are served to accompany the cuisine—selected with a focus on origin, character, and depth. Rather than an extensive international list, we offer carefully curated wines that align with the restaurant’s philosophy.

A well-trained team guides the wine selection with experience, sensitivity, and genuine enthusiasm for Austrian wine culture. Tailored individually to the menu, the atmosphere, and personal taste, the result is a refined, harmonious wine pairing.

The focus is on carefully selected Austrian wines with character, provenance, and depth—a far cry from a generic international wine list.

Digital WinePad

Wine is poetry in bottles and you ask how so much poetry fits into an iPad? In our restaurant you either receive the already known wine menu on request or a digial WinePad. It includes every wine that is also listed on our wine menu. As comprehensive information comes directly from the producers, the digital iPads encompass much more details than the printed menu.

The Juffing wine library is managed online by us and is always up-to-date. The wines are presented in the form of a web app which was optimised for iPad and smartphones but also works on every other device, also Android, TV or PC.

Our bar in the lounge is a creative meeting point for our hotel guests.

The bar at the Juffing is small, quiet, and deliberately understated—a place for relaxed evenings in a pleasant atmosphere. The open fireplace creates warmth and tranquility, and both indoors and outdoors, quiet nooks emerge as favorite spots for good conversation and moments of enjoyment.

Drinks are prepared with care and finesse. The focus is on classic cocktails, fine aperitifs, and select ingredients.

The Juffing Bar is a place to gather, chat, and wind down the evening in relaxed company.

Barista pleasure at the Juffing

A manually prepared good coffee touches all senses.

The Juffing guests choose between filter coffee, coffee from the fully automatic machine and barista pleasure from the portafilter machine. Only one thing does not exist in our environmentally friendly hotel: the capsule machine. With much love we conjure up the best coffee for your cup and provide prime pleasure in combination with a delicious cake. Our employees are continually trained in barista knowledge and are happy to share their passion for good coffee with you.

A quiet place for smokers

For smokers, there is a separate, quiet smoking area on the east terrace. During the cooler months, heated cushions provide extra comfort and a pleasant atmosphere.
