For when something goes wrong.

To the current situation

Dear guests!

in order to do justice to the many years of trust in our family, the following down payment and cancellation regulations with very high flexibility apply to our guests:

  1. All stays until 6 December 2020 can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 days before arrival. For all stays until 6 December 2020 we do not charge any down payment.
  2. For all bookings from 17 December 2020 the same cancellation conditions apply as before corona. Our Christmas and New Year’s Eve guests are kindly asked to transfer a down payment of 20% until one month before arrival.

You are always welcome to contact us by telephone, your enquiries and mails are answered daily.

You would surely like to know what will be different with the re-start for you as a guest, all details can be found in our hygiene concept. In the hotel our COVID-19 hygiene experts Daniela Brugger and Markus Gandler will be there for you to answer your questions concerning Corona!

We as a business participate in the initiative “Safe hospitality”. This way we send a clear signal to commit to standards in the fight against the Covid-19 virus in order to be able to offer our guests a safe and carefree holiday experience at Hotel Juffing. By participating in the “Safe hospitality” initiative we enable our employees regular and voluntary weekly tests for the Covid-19 virus.

Something unexpected can always come up before your arrival (please inform us in writing if you cannot make your holiday as planned).

First and foremost we will make every effort to re-let the rooms so that you will not be charged a cancellation fee. In the event of us being unable to re-let the room we are partners with European Travel Insurance.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You can take out your travel cancellation insurance online by going directly to and paying online with your credit card.

 If you would rather pay by bank transfer just let us know, and we will send you the bank necessary payment slip by post or fax. You can also download the payment slip online as a PDF. Please click here .

In all three cases our hotel number is provided for the insurance company to know whom to attribute the insurance to, so you do not have to worry about the proper allocation of your payment.

  • up to 30 days before your check in date no charge
  • up to 14 days before your date of arrival 50 % of ¾ board rate
  • within 13 days of your arrival date 70 % of ¾ board rate
  • Late arrival/early departure 80 % of ¾ board rate
